Will my product get suspended if I don’t pay on time?

Yes, but not until 2 days after the invoice is overdue. This allows you plenty of time to organise your funds and pay! 

5 Days after the invoice is overdue the product will be terminated, but rest assure we will do everything to work around you! If your payment may be delayed or if you have any other issues, please let us know via an email or submit a support ticket.

If your product ever gets suspended and you know you have paid, please submit a ticket or visit www.avcrm.net and let us know in the live support function if you're having any issues regarding unexpected suspension.
