How to Cancel Your Service

Login to your billing control panel at https://avcrm.net/clientarea.

Under 'PRODUCTS' which is located on the top menu navigation bar - Click on the 'My Prodcuts' tab.

After clicking My Products tab, click on the drop down arrow next to View Details on the service you want to cancel and select request cancellation.

You can than choose to either cancel immediately or on the last day of your service. If you choose the immediate option, the service will cancel on the next 12AM (midnight) from the time of cancellation.
