Can I upgrade my package in the future?

You can upgrade your service at any time by simply visiting your billing area and following these steps.

• Login to your billing area https://avcrm.net/clientarea.
• Navigate to Products, My Products .
• Click the View Details button next to the service you want to upgrade.
• Click Management Actions, Upgrade/Downgrade Options.

Choose the options you want to upgrade and click continue,

The new invoice will be at the pro-rata amount for your current billing cycle (eg. a new product costs $100.00 per month and you are currently half way through your billing cycle, then the amount due today would be $50.00). Once we have received payment your product will be upgraded automatically.
