I'm trying to place an order and get an 'Charge declined' error message.




This message usually appears when you don't have enough funds to cover the cost of the invoice being generated. If you are sure you have enough funds available you should contact your bank as they may have flagged the transaction as being possible fraud. If you have already spoken to your bank and they have confirmed there are no issues with the card, AVCRM would advise using a different card / payment option to complete your order.
