Application Updates

From time to time, we perform "Software Upgrades" to all applications in the AVCRM suite. This is part of our on going process of improving our applications, not just in functionality, but to also ensure that they are error free and performing efficiently.

As part of this process, there are times when our applications are unavailable, however we do our absolute best to ensure that any downtime is minimal.

Due to the nature of web based applications, you may run into difficulties during and after a "Software Upgrade".

For scheduled "Software Upgrades", AVCRM will notify you at least 3 days before the planned upgrade.

For unscheduled "Software Upgrades" and upgrades that are critical, AVCRM will attempt to notify you at least 15 minutes before the planned upgrade.

If you notice any problems during or after our "Software Upgrades", we strongly recommend that you follow the following guides to help ensure your browser is reset to clean state. This process involves the clearing of cookies, local storage and application caches.

If the above fails to recify any problems our Support Team is always ready to answer any support tickets or phone calls.
